Publication > Call for Abstracts

In order to submit an abstract, you must login (you'll create an account). Please note that your email address will be used as your username and you will be asked to create a password. Please be aware that the information you enter when creating your account will be used for official Letters of Acceptance, Letters of Invitation, and Conference Programmes, so please ensure correct spelling of names, affiliated institutions, and so forth.

You'll need to enter the following information for the abstract submission:
- Contact data - Correct spelling of first and last name, rank, affiliation, affiliation country
- Abstract Title
- Abstract: two-page abstract – see templates below:

 (Authors are asked to upload their files directly in pdf format)

• Submit your abstract (maximum two pages), choosing from the presentation formats listed below (Oral or Poster) and selecting one of the themes listed in the topics tab.
• Please submit well before the submission deadline.
• Your abstract will undergo peer review (by the International Advisory Committee).

Symposium Proceedings

The accepted abstracts will be selected for either a poster or an oral presentation. In both cases, Authors will be invited to submit a 4-page full paper, which will be again reviewed by the International Advisory Committee. All accepted papers will be published in open access in the IOP: Earth and Environmental Science conference series, which will be indexed by Scopus.
