Poster prizeYou will hand-carry your poster to the conference, using tubular packaging or a portfolio case. Double clamps will be provided to mount your poster – this will be possible from the very beginning of the conference. A poster session is scheduled on Monday (September 23) from 5:30pm to 8:00pm – during the wine & cheese – and on Tuesday (September 24) from 6:00pm to 7:15pm. However, posters will then remain visible throughout the whole duration of the conference, in the same area where we will have our lunches and coffee breaks.
Specifications for Poster Presentations
Poster Prize We have decided to award a prize to the best poster. In order to take part in the poster competition, you must submit your poster as PDF file (not as a PowerPoint file) by September 15. Submission will be made by email. Only posters submitted by the deadline will be eligible to the prize. The best poster will be chosen by an external jury.
Poster Prize Winners The external jury selected two ex aequo winners for the best poster award. Congratulations to the authors, whose first authors are, respectively, Kike Garzon-Sabogal from Purdue University and Hiroyuki Hashimoto from the University of Tokyo.
